CGI fees are disclosed in advance and clearly set out within the proposal provided to the client.

Fee structures may be agreed as a fixed fee for a defined scope, a monthly retainer for ongoing support, or, where appropriate, a success fee linked to clearly defined outcomes.
In all cases, fees are designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with the client’s best interests, with payment terms and any third-party costs stated upfront.
