02. High level analysis and proposal
Once the proposal is finalised, delivery begins against the agreed plan.

Where collaboration with existing teams or external professionals is required, the responsibilities are clearly mapped and coordinated under the same delivery framework.
Close-out includes confirmation of deliverables completed, handover of documentation, and next-step recommendations where appropriate.
